It is a big and elegant family house right in the heart of Porroig, the airport is 15 minutes away and 30 minutes from Ibiza Town.
The property has 320m2 built in surrounded by a 1900m2 fenced plot and has an mechanical gate leading to an off street parking.
The villa is well preserved with a modern and functional architecture. There are five bedrooms, four bathrooms and a guests toilette. All the rooms have pool access. The house is divided between two levels:
Upstairs there is a living room, dining room, kitchen, outdoor dining area and three double bedrooms with two bathrooms.
At ground level there is a master bedroom with ensuite bathroom, jacuzzi included and a guest room with attached bathroom.
